Coaching Policies

Coaching is meant to be straightforward. Here is how it works, and what to expect.

Format

All coaching is one-on-one and delivered over private Zoom. Sessions are 45 minutes. There are no group classes and no pre-recorded courses.

Scheduling

Session times are arranged directly with Kelsey and set around school, rehearsals, and appearances. Contestants on the Intensive track receive priority when scheduling.

Rescheduling

Life happens, and schedules move. If you need to change a session time, reach out as early as you reasonably can and it will be worked out. Specific rescheduling terms are confirmed when coaching begins.

Billing

Coaching is billed monthly and runs month to month — $295 per month for two sessions, or $495 per month for four sessions. There is no long-term contract and no enrollment fee. Exact billing dates and payment details are confirmed before the first session.

Working with minors

Where a contestant is under 18, coaching is arranged with a parent or guardian, who is welcome to ask questions about approach, progress, and preparation at any point.
