This site collects as little as possible. There are no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics scripts, and no cookies set for marketing.

Information you send

The consultation form asks for:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Whether you are a contestant or a parent or guardian
• Pageant or system (optional)
• Division (optional)
• Competition date (optional)
• What you would most like help with

This information is used to respond to your coaching inquiry.

How it reaches Kelsey

When you submit the form, the details above are sent by this website through Resend, a transactional email provider, so that the message can be delivered to Kelsey. You also receive a short confirmation email letting you know your request arrived.

This website does not currently maintain its own database of consultation inquiries. Submissions arrive in Kelsey's email inbox.

The form is used only to respond to your inquiry. It does not subscribe you to a newsletter or any marketing list.

Sharing

Information you send is never sold, rented, or used for advertising. It may pass through service providers strictly necessary to operate the consultation and coaching process — for example, email delivery, video conferencing, and scheduling.

Scheduling

Online scheduling is not connected yet. Once it is added, information you supply while booking may be processed by that scheduling provider under its own privacy terms.

Coaching with minors

Many contestants are under 18. A parent or guardian should be involved in the consultation and in the coaching relationship. A parent or guardian may ask at any time what information is held about their child and request that it be deleted.
